I walked away from a Fortune 10 executive role to care for my amazing family; my lovely wife Michelle of 15 years, my mini-me Elijah and my little warrior Blessing to live our dream: one rooted in love, purpose and faith. After my daughter's diagnosis, everything changed, our plans accelerated, to say it was an emotional roller coaster is an understatement. It was a dark and scary time and one that challenged me and my wife in every way imaginable. We know we needed to do something together, as a family, and wanted to make the most of every day. We were reminded that time is fleeting, so we bought a neighborhood restaurant and turned it into our daughter's legacy.
